State of Wisconsin's Comprehensive Community Services Program (CCS) - Medicaid Billing
I am a provider for the State of Wisconsin's Comprehensive Community Services Program through Rolling Hills Equine. Services are available in Clark and Barron counties.
I specialize in using a body-oriented model using somatic education and creativity practices to work with women who are seeking body-mind connection, holistic wellness support, and personal development practices.
I specialize in using a body-oriented model using somatic education and creativity practices to work with women who are seeking body-mind connection, holistic wellness support, and personal development practices.
- My primary area of specialization is working with women who are neurodivergent (autistic, ADHD, etc), those who identify as introverted, empathic, highly sensitive, and those who have experienced trauma.
- I also offer neurodivergence-affirming education and support for parents of neurodivergent children, focused on coaching and education around recognizing nervous system states, building skills for co-regulation, understanding more about sensory processing disorders, exploring ways to support executive functioning, and updating paradigms around neurodivergence and disabilities.
Sessions are both experiential and educational in nature. That means we will be doing somatic explorations, movement practices, breathwork, tracking present-moment sensations, creativity practices, or engaging in other experiential modalities each time we meet.
** This kind of work happens in present-moment timing. We will not be talking about or "processing" traumatic experiences, past events, etc. That is the kind of work that should be done with a therapist. It is strongly recommended that participants have a therapist on their team for processing support. **

About CCS Services
In this embodiment-focused work, we may use guided somatic tracking exercises, yoga, creativity practices, qigong, meditation, breathwork, and other holistic body-focused practices to build skills that support the whole body-mind-spirit system throughout an individual’s personal growth and healing process.
This work may incorporate concepts from Somatic Experiencing®, mindful yoga & movement, NeuroAffective Touch®, holistic embodiment practices, WRAP® Plans, collage-based creativity practices, and other tools. This work helps build bridges between body and mind, connecting present moment experiences to language, and offering the opportunity for integration and whole-person healing.
* Please note that I am NOT a therapist and do not offer counseling, "trauma processing" work, or "behavior" focused interventions. I am a Somatic Educator. My offerings include sharing education and skills that support personal growth, holistic approaches to whole-person healing, resources for self-care, and other practices that are complementary to therapy or other healing modalities.
During sessions, we may use any combination of:
Sessions are always experiential. While there is an element of discussion and education, sessions are primarily experience-based. That means active participation during appointments and and practice between sessions is essential.
I have been practicing yoga personally since 1993 and have been teaching professionally since 2005. My background is heavily focused on wellness, healing arts, and providing services and education to promote building self-awareness, empowerment, and resilience. In addition to more than 3 decades of yoga practice, my education and experience also includes clinical acupuncture, bodywork, creative practices, herbal medicine, spiritual mentoring, and health coaching.
I have lived experience being neurodivergent and personally understand the impacts of navigating the world with sensory processing challenges, invisible disabilities, and other obstacles that can come along with neurodivergence. I have been a State of Wisconsin Certified Peer Specialist since 2018 and always appreciate the opportunity to support other neurodivergent women.
I enjoy supporting others who are seeking to connect with their own inner wisdom through yoga, creativity, and embodiment practices as we reflect, learn, holistically support, and experience personal growth. I enjoy doing education and advocacy work on the topics of trauma healing, embodiment practices, and neurodivergence. I also provide professional education on Neurodivergence-Affirming Care for healthcare providers, teachers, counselors, support workers, families and communities, and any other group who wants to learn more about topics related to embracing neurodiversity in order to better understand the neurodivergent experience and be able to offer better care and support for patients, clients, family members, etc.

Who is a good fit for working with me?
The services I offer is best suited for women who:
If you're interested in participating in the CCS program, contact your county behavioral health department to self-refer and see if you screen into the program. Once approved, your service facilitator can contact Jill at Rolling Hills Equine to make a referral.
- Are 16 or older (it is possible that some younger teens may be a good fit for this work too - please reach out to discuss)
- Have a receptive, growth-focused mindset and a high level of personal curiosity; it is important that participants want to actively and voluntarily engage in the experiential portion of sessions and have motivation to practice skills on their own between sessions
- Have a strong interest in personal growth work and a desire to explore transformative practices
- Want to use movement, creativity, and body awareness practices to explore the benefits of building body-mind connection
- If requesting in-office sessions: have the ability to come to Menomonie for sessions (arriving scent-neutral)
- If requesting in-home sessions: have a scent-neutral location to meet (or be able to meet at a local library, YMCA, etc if there are artificial fragrances or smoking in the home)
- If requesting Zoom sessions: have a strong, stable internet connection and a high quality webcam with a desktop or laptop computer
- Understand that a certain level of stability and basic coping skills are a prerequisite for doing these kinds of post-trauma growth modalities; these services are not appropriate for those experiencing frequent crises, those who do not have at least a moderate level of emotional regulation skills, or those who are in the midst of extremely difficult circumstances; a sense of relative safety has to be established before being able to safely and effectively do this kind of work
