Welcome! I work with folks collaboratively through the stories of the body, the wisdom of the heart, and the intelligent organization that we all carry as interrelated microcosms of the macrocosm. Together, we share in holistic explorations for self-inquiry, self-discovery, and community care through conscious embodiment. This deeply regenerative style of support helps us grow personally and ultimately create a more positively impactful ripple effect in the world.

​I work with individuals who are consciously working on personal development and growth-focused practices, those who are seeking, those who are healing, those who are renegotiating trauma, those who are working through self-inquiry processes, those who want a witness to their journeys, and those who identify as highly sensitive or neurodivergent.

Those who tend to be a good fit working with me have a high level of curiosity, are comfortable operating in present moment timing, and enjoy the immense beauty that comes from being with life's questions versus feeling the need for fixed answers.
