Bodywork
Gentle bodywork modalities and energy medicine practices support the whole body-mind-soul system. These sessions are great for those who desire a quiet, calm, supportive space to rest and reflect. Relax on a warm table, receive skilled therapeutic touch, enjoy some essential oils (if you wish), and let your system experience a sense of restful calm. Any of the following modalities may be integrated into sessions.
Integrative Energy Medicine

During these sessions, we utilize energy medicine practices to listen to the unspoken language of the body through its tissue responses, rhythms, micro-movements, pulsations, and patterns of ease and resistance. This work uses collaborative processes that include working together to explore patterns of tension, bracing, fatigue, comfort, expansion, and other felt sensations. We work together to listen and respond to the subtle, energetic messages that come through the acupuncture meridians, cerebrospinal fluid, pulses, tissues, nervous system, chakras, and other elements of your biofield, working to support a deeper sense of being at home in your own body and more fully accessing your life force energy.
Eclectic energy medicine and somatic practices may be integrated from modalities such as Craniosacral Therapy, Jin Shin Jyustsu, NeuroAffective Touch®, Pranic Healing®, and others. This work uses very gentle touch to work with the natural rhythms and self-organizing principles of the body.
Sessions support relaxation and unwinding patterns of held tension as you rest on a cozy, warm table and receive a gentle, quiet session. These session allows your nervous system to deeply rest. Four Winds energy medicine practices are available for those who would like to collaboratively explore deeper layers of healing through advanced hands-on energy medicine practices, coaching, and education.

Foot Reflexology

Foot reflexology supports whole body relaxation, a sense of well-being, and local circulation of blood, lymph, and qi. Reflexology is a type of "microsystems therapy" meaning areas of the feet represent the entire body. Reflexology may promote better sleep, digestion, mood, and pain reduction. This integrative session includes CranioSacral techniques at the feet to help release fascial restrictions throughout the body.

Plant Medicine

Plant medicine may be woven into sessions via flower essences, handcrafted herbal tinctures, essential oils, and other methods that are primarily based on building relationships with these wise and generous helpers. We incorporate energy medicine practices with drop-dose plant wisdom through pulse testing to support the the body's flow of life force energy. This work supports you in bringing attention to your own inner experiences and personal growth with the assistance of plant medicine.
Plants have been our guides and helpers as long as humans have walked on the planet. They possess the ability to remind us how to flow through life smoothly again when energy and emotions become stuck, stagnant, or depleted.
Plant medicine can be especially useful when a person is in a life transition, when doing growth work, or whenever we have the desire to simply feel more deeply nourished. The plants provide subtle, yet powerful support to help you along your path as you release the conditioned layers of "not you" in order to express more of who you are with clarity and confidence.
