Energy Medicine Practices

Advanced energy medicine practices are available for those who feel called to deepen their personal growth and healing through a collaborative approach that may include online energy medicine sessions, mentoring, and education.

My energy medicine training and experience includes a master's degree in clinical acupuncture (specializing in Eastern Medicine Psychology), multiple qigong styles, Four Winds Energy Medicine, Pranic Healing®, energetic plant medicine, and other practices that support whole-person integration, growth, and healing. Energy medicine practices are informed by decades of additional experience with other modalities, transpersonal psychology studies, bodywork methods, spirituality explorations, and other related practices. ​ 

Energy medicine helps support your body's innate ability for self-healing. This work can support your system in learning to access a relaxed (parasympathetic) state, providing an atmosphere for improving pain levels, mood, concentration, digestion, immune response, quality of sleep, and much more. 

Four Winds Energy Medicine

These energy medicine practices work with imprints and information in the Luminous Energy Field as taught by Dr. Alberto Villoldo, Marcela Lobos, and The Four Winds Light Body School. These advanced techniques may include releasing imprints and harmful generational patterns, removing intrusive energies, soul retrieval, ritual guidance, energy medicine-based coaching & education, death rites, and related practices. 

This eclectic energy medicine modality is based primarily on an Andean lineage of healing traditions. It also includes practices from other traditions. It is offered for personal healing and spiritual growth. It is holistic in nature and considers the interplay of the body, mind/emotions, soul, and spirit in our human experience.

Some of the primary Four Winds Energy Medicine practices, as described my one of my teachers, Karen Johnson, include:
  • Illumination Process: We work together to identify and release imprints in your Luminous Energy Field that may be negatively impacting  you. We also work to repair the blueprint to change the underlying affinities for repeating certain detrimental patterns. (This process is offered in conjunction with acupuncture sessions). 
  • Extraction Process: We remove intrusive energies that are not an authentic part of your soul's expression in a way that completely and compassionately transforms them, as well as the issues surrounding why they were with you in the first place.
  • Soul Retrieval Process: We journey on your behalf to recover a part of your whole self that separated from you during a time of trauma and now resides safely in a state of grace, awaiting the opportunity to be lovingly reunited with you. This exquisitely beautiful process, and all its accompanying gifts and wisdom offerings, brings a profound sense of wholeness and well-being. 
  • Other processes that can be explored with energy medicine students include death rites and support with transitioning between worlds for those who are preparing to pass as well as for those who have already passed (no matter how much time has gone by), energy medicine-based personalized support, despacho ceremonies, passing on the Munay-Ki Rites, and other advanced practices. 

Pranic Healing​®

Pranic Healing® is a touch-free energy medicine practice and spiritual growth practice from the Philippines developed by Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui. It follows a process of cleansing, energizing, and stabilizing the energy system to remove energy blockages and bring in fresh qi/prana. Pranic Healing® works similarly to acupuncture, but without the use of needles. It is excellent for working with stress, chronic pain, and trauma healing. It is unique in that it does not require talking about traumatic experiences to work with the impact of them left in your energy system. This modality is gentle yet powerful and relaxing yet energizing. It paves the way for greater access to your own wisdom, joy, and growth.
